At BCBGMAXAZRIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
